Our "Just-In-Time" training is based on the school business cycle. We (Software Support) get our training on the important business cycle items (i.e. Enrollment, 1701, SADE, TRAX, Report Cards, Schedule/Timetable Building, etc.) before the actual business cycle item is due, and then we train the staff members in which these cycles pertain to right away. SEPTEMBER TRAINING SCHEDULE We are offering 3 sessions for people who are "NEW TO 1701 or who would like some 1 on 1 time" and would like an overview and walk-through of the whole process.
In-person session at HES in room 2 on laptops on Wednesday, Sept 16th from 9:00 am – 11:00 am. Bring any documentation you may have for 1701, a mask, your own coffee and a water bottle if you would like one (register on Employee Connect).
ZOOM session on Thursday, August 17th from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm and I will be sending the links out closer to the day.
1701 Working Session (same one as always) on Monday, September 28th all day long so you can drop in when you are available (register on Employee Connect).
We will also be offering 4 "Elementary Course Setup" sessions at HES for those that need help re-organizing and mass scheduling their classes (register on Employee Connect).
